Rubio: Spend Facebook IPO Revenues on State’s Critical Infrastructure Needs 04/19/12

SB 1252 Set for First Committee Hearing Next Wednesday 


SACRAMENTO – Senator Michael J. Rubio’s (D – Shafter) SB 1252, requiring one-time revenues generated from the mid-May Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Facebook, Inc. to be spent on infrastructure projects, will be heard in Senate Governance and Finance Committee on Wednesday, April 25th at 9:30am.
