Senator Hurtado in Hanford, Kings County , Backing Our Firefighters

I was down in Hanford, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Central Valley firefighters, Hanford City Councilmember Mark Kairis, and Kings County Supervisor Joe Neves. We all came together in support of Senate Bill 345, the State Fire Training Accessibility Act.

This bill’s about making sure our rural and small-town fire crews get the same training and resources as the big cities. It’s moving through the legislative process, and I’ll keep y’all posted.
